The Art of Nostalgia is in the Heart (a nod to Elaine Castillo’s America is Not the Heart!)
A nostalgic, “Sunday comics/Saturday morning cartoons” themed zine issue for BIPOC artists!
Give us your micro-essay on how Helga from Atlantis was your bi awakening, your poems on learning self-love and the power of femininity from Sailor Moon, your comic/manga on stealing your Ate’s Gameboy to play Pokemon because chikorita is so gosh darn cute, your reflections on gender-fluidity after watching/reading Ranma ½, your reasons why Kakashi is your rightful husband, your micro-prose piece on why the most tragic death in One Piece still makes you cry today!
